Shreveport, La. – AdvoCare has extended its title sponsorship of the Independence Bowl, it was announced onWednesday.
AdvoCare is entering its third year as the bowl’s title sponsor. AdvoCare became the bowl’s fifth title sponsor in its 35-year history on May 21, 2009.

The Air Force Falcons defeated the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the 2009 AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl on Dec. 27 by a score of 14-7 in front of over 39,000 at Independence Stadium. The game was nationally televised on ESPN2.
